Our journey began with three foundational products—Sensitive Shampoo, Sensitive Conditioner, and Scalp Treatment Oil. These formulations were designed as effective alternatives to synthetics, laying the groundwork for a trusted brand rooted in Trichology and transparency.

In 2015, Nicky James-Baird and Jodene Fendall—passionate advocates for natural wellness—took the helm. With decades of experience in health and beauty, they lead a brand that balances performance with a commitment to the community and the environment.

What sets Holistic Hair apart is our foundation in Trichology—the scientific study of the scalp and hair. Both Nicky and Jodene hold Higher Associate Diplomas in Trichology from the World Trichology Society, and Nicky is a qualified Formulator holding a Diploma of Personal Care Formulation.
